Locksmith services – You get what you pay for.
This is a phrase I hear sometimes by locksmith customers after I have opened the door for them.
Some customers think that as it only took me a few minutes to open the door, that they shouldn’t have to pay for the full hours cost.
What they should realise is that it has taken years of practice and a large investment in specialist tools, to enable me to do the job (with no damage to the door or lock) in that amount of time.
Also I have had to pay for business insurance, vehicle insurance, vehicle cost, vehicle running costs, advertising, large stock levels and many other overheads that are easily overlooked by the customer.
If you want to break a window or even worse, kick down the door, it will cost you far more than it would to employ a locksmith but its your choice!
